I am an aneurysm survivor (Michigan) of a 7.5 mm aneurysm in my left ICA, diagnosed in 2015. I am extremely blessed it was caught before rupture. I have a stent and coils now. I am doing fantastic. I never thought I would make it through that anxiety, and oh BOY, that was a rough road. I had my operation at UOFM by Dr. Thompson.

Welcome! I am an aneurysm survivor from Ontario, Canada. Last Dec. I had the coiling and stent procedure for a large ACom aneurysm. Unfortunately, because the aneurysm had a wide neck more coils were added in Aug. of this year. Now I have 64 coils and 2 stents. My doctor is monitoring it closely. I remember the anxiety of a year ago when I was waiting to have the first procedure. I am happy that everything is going well for you.
