Is there a time when you will not have to worry about seizures anymore?

After 2 surgeries in 1993 & 2002 I never had seizures until 6 months ago
Hi Melody - I have an EEG done to monitor my brain waves every 6 months. I have been on Keppra since my rupture in March 2012. I was hoping this September that I was going to be able to stop it but I am still showing some "erratic brain waves", so on it I will stay until March when I am checked again. I think seizures, just like aneurysms, are different for everyone and I will probably always worry about having one, and just like aneurysms, worrying will do no good.
