I live in Tx. and believe it or not we have no attorneys that handle civil filings / federal cases for S.S.D. Does anyone have a lead or suggestion ?
I had a judge that chose to ignore my neurologist and even THEIR Neuro-Psychologist !!!
Unfortunately I’m afraid this judge just couldn’t wrap his mind around what 2 crainiotomies , 5 aneurysms, 4 shunts, AND the big one … A thalamic stroke!!! The neurological deficit. non stop pain he just DOES NOT GET ! So now here I am without an atty. to be found in Tx.
If ANYONE KNOWS SOMEONE … HEEEELP !!! I only have now about 50 days to say I will APPEAL AGAIN !
I am sooo overwhelmed...for you all...Have you checked for a Group site on SS Disability?
