Hope this may be helpful in addressing symptoms/questions to ask the neuro-docs...for any of you who have not had referrals for neuropsych testing...
I have been recommending (and, I have NO expertise...but a little common sense...a tiny fraction?)...for anyone waiting for decisions...it could be so helpful in setting standards for having the neuropsych tests done well before the initial procedures...for comparisons and potentially needed/helpful therapies...and, in establishing SS Disability/ other disability source... if/when needed...
There are numerous sites on various to many dementias...I have found this Mayo data the easiest for me to comprehend/compare...particularly on the Dementia-like conditions...for me...
