Hi tina. Ruptured anuerysm and two clips five months ago. went back to work december fourth. I go to bed real early becuase of lack of energy. But, I believe its getting better. Hang in there and good thoughts
Same here. Go to bed early.
If you're taking caffeine, it might help to quit. I never realized how much caffeine I was actually drinking until I quit. Took about 3 days of the worst headaches imaginable to detox. Great levels of energy afterwards however, and... no migraines which was the best part! All my headaches went away! Now on 4th month of headache free!
Also, if you are not scared of trying something new, try oil pulling. Did amazing things for my teeth, gums, sinus issues, overall health and energy levels!

I used sesame oil for detox, then switched to coconut for the taste. I just use seasalt water to brush with when finished.
I think a lot of us used a ton of medications following surgery, and that the meds messed up our endocrine systems.
I know it sounds nuts but after months of feeling like dog poop, I really did research into alternative treatments. It works for me. Try it.
Seven months!!? There is no way I can be tired for 7 more months. I will go insane. My aneurysm was June 2, 2014, (a few weeks ago). How are you doing now?
Hi Tina. It’s been 2 years and I’m still tired! I’ve not gotten back my stamina. But for the last 6 months, I’m sleeping better. But I awake pretty early by 5am. That’s the time I started my work. Because by 10.00am, I’m beat. During the course of the day, I’m slowly dead on my feet. I really have to paced myself and don’t overdo. Because I’ll be sick, the next day. I hope this weariness end! Because it caused a lot of procrastination. Keep the faith Tina.
Yes. I am tired of being tired...
I had my surgery 10 months ago and I sleep no more then 3 hrs daily is anyone else doing this
Its been ten months for me since the aSAh and clipping. I was taking a nap every day after work and going to bed early. about three weeks ago I noticed I no longer needed the nap after work. I still go to bed early, but no naps. Its slowly getting better. Oh, and its been about a month since I had one of "those headaches"
Hang in there
Hi Rachel,
I have days where I can sleep 20 hrs and then days where I can only sleep 4 hrs. I think it has to do with pain though. I have a hard time falling asleep if my head is really bothering me. Then I think I take meds to knock out the pain and then sleep forever. Is pain the reason why you only sleep 3 hours? Are you always tired? I know I am. Taking a shower makes me feel like I have ran a marathon.

That’s EXACTLY how I feel. I’m absolutely exhausted after a shower. I’m only one month out and I’m so fed up with being tired all of the time.
