Red light therapy and the brain

Another complementary therapy that does not receive a lot of attention is red light therapy (Photobiomodulation), although that is steadily changing. There is an increasing number of online articles re. how red light therapy can improve brain function and health too. I discovered many moons ago that the best form of interaction between a physician and a patient is a collaborative partnership, where the patient chooses to become as informed as he or she can be about the various options re. the condition(s) being treated. A patient is never as trained as the doctor, of course; but doctors aren’t omniscient either, and it serves the patient to keep tabs on the comprehensiveness of their treatment(s).
