Thank you. Prayers for you too. After the coiling in January, hospital x14 days. Off work for another month. Went back to work gradually. Was working partially in office, partially at home. Off another few days after stenting. It takes awhile to feel like yourself again. Initially there were times when I thought this was just surreal. I think it’s a little different for everyone timewise. Prayers yours is a quick recovery
Thank you amiga friend.! God Bless you i will continue to pray for you
what is a mesh?
Hi, I had terrible vertigo with serious vomiting and was taken to the ER. That’s where they found the aneurysm. The neurologist , the doctors and a neurosurgeon PA went to get lengths to explain to me that the part of my brain where the aneurysm is wasn’t causing my vertigo. What is causing it is the displacement of the stones/crystals in my ear canals. I had a tele-visit with an ENT specialist and am on a waiting list for the vistibular therapy
there are youtube videos with instructions on how to do Eply maneuvers. I have watched a couple. For me, stress, anxiety and exhaustion bring on the vertigo. it’s worse when I go to lay down to sleep. I try to pause, not move if I can and do the Eply maneuvers. If it doesn’t get better, I sit up and prop myself up on pillows in a semi sitting position to sleep. I also noticed sometimes if I drop my head down or bend over I will get very dizzy. If I go slow and get plenty of sleep, I am okay. I didn’t find that the medication they prescribed, helped with the dizziness much. So I stopped taking it. It knocked me out. they did prescribe a half dose and I carry it with me when I go out side but so far have not had to take it.
