I just had my Angiogram 2 days ago and the PED that was placed about 16 months ago in my ICA is not doing what it should and the aneurysm is still pretty much the same size. I am wondering if anyone can share their experiences in having a second PED placed, which is what my Neurosurgeon is recommending. I’ve had headaches, pressure and dizziness since the PED was placed and I am worried it will get worse. I feel I am in good hands now being treated at the University of Michigan but worried about the side effects. He indicated this may not have been the procedure he would have done but is now locked in.
