Lacunar Infarct

Hi has anyone every heard of a Lacunar Infarct and if it is anyway related to a brain aneurysm. I had my annie clipped October 2014 but still having dizziness so they did another MRI only to find I have an Infarct?? When I look this up it states a stroke, that I didn't have so I am at a bit of a loss as to what it actually is and if I should be worried. My doc did send a referral to my Neurosurgeon and I go see her on the 13th??

Wow Brenda. I will help research when I get a chance I’ve never heard it. Did your aneurysm rupture?

Hi no my aneurysm was found without rupture and clipped. I know it is weird and I have no clue if it is related or not.
