Angiogram or MRA

A quick question - How many of you here had a brain aneurysm that was missed on MRA and/or CTA and was only seen on a Cereberal Angiogram?

My aneurysm was diagnosed with an MRI with contrast dyes and then seen in more detail by means of the cerebral angiogram. The CT scan picked up the image, but it didn’t define whether the mass was a tumor or an aneurysm.

Mine was not seen on a regular CT scan done in the ER. It was picked up as a “possible aneurysm” on brain MRI without contrast and confirmed on MRA and angiogram.

Mine was found on a CTA scan in the ER. It has not ruptured (thank g-d), but we are “watching it.” I’ve heard that my next step is an MRI.
