I am newly diagnosed with an internal carotid artery cave aneurysm, possibly extending intradurally. First, does anyone on here have that? Second, I have taken Zomig in the past for my chronic migraines, but I know it narrows the blood vessels. Logically speaking, I would think this would be good to take if you have an unruptured aneurysm. Does anyone have advice for me? I take Pizotifen for prevention and either Zomig or Excedrin Migraine for acute. I have so many questions and am scared to death!!
