I understand that you were diagnosed with a fusiform-shaped aneurysm and are no longer able to work as an airline pilot. My heart goes out to you. I would imagine that this has been a challenging transition. I wonder when you received your diagnosis. How are you doing overall? Has your doctor decided to monitor the aneurysm for now?
