I am so sorry to hear about your recent diagnosis. I understand that you are currently questioning whether to pursue surgery OR closely monitor the aneurysm. First off, I am so happy that you have a medical team that is aware and actively addressing the aneurysm.
I wonder if you would consider creating a discussion post (click the + New Topic tab) to explain what you are are currently facing, and specifically the choice that you are in the process of making. I am always amazed by how insightful, knowledgeable, and supportive members of this community are. Many have had to make a similar decision, just like you- and I am sure some of them would be willing to share advice which is based on personal experience.
