Please accept my deepest condolences for your family’s loss. I cannot even begin to imagine losing a sibling. I am relieved to hear that your family history prompted you to meet with a neurologist and request testing. I wonder if your doctor/s have a treatment plan in mind for you, or perhaps they are going to keep a close eye on the aneurysm for now?
