Anyone have any good ideas to help with tremors or weakened hand due to stroke?

After my Sah, I was stunned to see that I could no longer write legibly--I had a huge packet of forms to fill out, and I just couldn't get thru it, my writing was beyond rediculous...So, practice, practice and more practice--I now write as well (or as poorly) as I did before the Sah hit. I know how frustrating it is ! take care,

Exercise...those little puffy balls...and, when a quickie time, press your hands together at the finger tips...
Did you have PT / other therapy? Whatever have the docs suggested / recommended?
The little squishy ball I have is an IsoFlex...think I got it at a drug store...

Chris...years later...I still find my own hand-writing illegible...if it is for anything more than signing a card...etc...and, it has been years...
