Fell across this by accident - worried

Does anyone understand the brain anatomy around Middle cerebral artery. ?
What does it mean “inferiorily projecting right MCA biurfication aneurysm. ( this is what was clipped) There is a moderate sized proximal anterior temporal branch prior to the more distal MCA bifurcation”

Ok so what i know is they clipped the MCA buifirction aneurysm… but what is “moderate sized proximal branch prior to …” isn’t that another artery before the MCA? Does this suggest there is something else there?
My original MRI scan without dye stated i had a “ Bleb at the anterior communicating artery” and requested a CT scan with dye to examine further.
Are they not telling me something or is this the same thing?
The Neurosurgeon never mention this. I’ve already been discharged and only saw this when trying to put together my income insurance statements.

Anybody enlighten me?

I would reach out to your doctor and ask for an explanation. do you have an app or electronic portal to send the doctor a message? Even your primary care provider could get you an answer fairly quickly. Hope all is well.

Great advice!
