Facial sensations

LOL

Well I am going to the nero I will probably get the same answer. I did find out and mention on my other forum about vertigo this may be a common thing for annie just an idea cause it is caused my head trama. I never had vertigo before. but that is not causing the ear and face and head pain. I am glad a may be able to treat the dizzness at night. One mroe thing food makes my head stop hurting wondering if that is happening to others?

When you went in with those symptoms, it is highly difficult to understand how an aneurysm was diagnosed and NOT what has been causing the symptoms... We hear this a lot... Wish we could be more helpful and supportive...

beyond saying that's what we all hear...

Try researching PICA aneurysm symptoms on the 'net...or posterior circulation aneurysms; add symptoms...etc

Find different ways; i.e. pulsation above left eye...all your various symptoms...

Pat

Thanks. I’ll keep searching. Do you work in the medical field?

Jennifer,

No, I do not, have not worked for years...never in med; did not go to med annually until my symptoms began...Please accept my apology for failing to note my personal opinion and or interpretation... I am a survivor...have done a lot of research and I am a slow, slow learner...

To search, put in full words, posterior inferior cerebellar artery...scan the sites and note the words/terms of interest to research them. The PICA branches off the vertebrals (VA). The meddean.luc.edu/lumen is a good site to check, tho the current pages on VA/PICA is under construction (blank) now; does show the diagram. There are many other good sites. You may want to scan meddean to view MCA or others to see the type of info it supplies. The diagram on the BAF site, if I recall correctly, reflects the PICA branches off the VA... There is also MedlinePlus of nih.gov w/lots of info... also search PICA syndrome which comes up in other sites...The Merck site has a tremendous amount of info on a lot of conditions, symptoms, etc as well as drug data.

Much luck to you...to better understand symptoms. I was completely overwhelmed when I first began to research, knowing nothing other than vessels carried blood... Please let us know what you may find to ask your md/neuro...
