Does anyone get pains or tightness on the top of your head from the cold AC in the room or the car?

Yes i hate the cold., i moved to Phoenix Arizona for the dry heat and i only have slight tightness

I have a mra every month. But i have 8 brain aneurysms anyway

Yes, I still get that too, around the clipping site. It was very pronounced in the few months after the surgery when I went outside in January without a hat on.

I notice when i am in the shower and warm water makes contact with aneurysm area that I get slightly dizzy and unsteady
