This is what I looked like before my aneurism. After my aneurism I gained 25 lbs in 2 months of being on a high dose steroid and also have the classic ‘moon face’. I had to cut my hair above the ear because of hair loss due to the MRI’s, angiograms, and surgery. I am currently working my way back to health, tapering myself off the unnecessary medications, following my physical therapy regimen and exercising as much as I can without going overboard. I also try to get 20 min. of sun a day to help with vitamin D synthesis and my overall mental state which I’m struggling with currently.
