Anyone have information on cutting-edge technology or treatment options for severe verbal apraxia and expressive aphasia?

I came thru treatment with both expressive and receptive aphasias and related diff portions of them.
Search on the net by your words... one to pop up (and, many many more) is the NINDS site.
Then, change/vary your search words to find more...i.e. Speech Therapy, aphasia therapy, etc etc..

Have you heard of any treatment options for your request? My mom is only 49 years old and has oral motor apraxia and expressive aphasia from a ruptured aneurysm and stroke December 2011, and I'm looking for options for her.
