Has anyone researched or had any positive experiences with supplementing following a SAH to aid in the healing process? Some supplements I have read about include Phosphatidylserine and Phosphatidylcholine as well as Acetyl-L-Carnitine.

I used vitamin e oil & seabuckthorn salve a couple times a day and my scar has healed way better than I could’ve imagined. You honestly cannot see it. It soothes it as well when it gets sore.
