I had a leaking annie (11 mm) that was coiled and stented 3 1/2 months ago. I’m wondering if anyone has experienced chronic tension headaches? The headache goes in a straight line from the middle front to back of my head. I ice my head a lot for temporary relief. Ibuprofen doesn’t do anything. It’s there when I wake in the morning & when I go to bed at night. Neurosurgeon & neurologist aren’t concerned. Think it will resolve over time. Getting an MRI/A soon to rule anything else out.

PT has focused on neck strengthening and reducing tension that builds between the interconnected muscles from the shoulder blades to the top of the head. A lot of massage manipulation and dry needling because the muscles would not release on their own. The dry needling has made a life changing difference. Currently also focusing on facial muscles—turns out I now have real bad jaw clenching.
