Thank you for sharing your mom's story. It's very encouraging! I came to BAF for inspiration since my mom had an aneurysm rupture on 10/24. She is also 63. This is the 6th week after her surgery and now she is in RCC to wean off from the ventilator. She follows simple commands when she has the energy but recently would only open her eyes looking tired. I know her body is still weak and breathing without the ventilator must also exhaust her. Reading your mom's story gives me hope that she will recover too. It just takes time. Take care!

It is great to hear that your mom is recovering well. It just takes time and patience and lots of love and support. I know how tough it is for your family to go through. My mom is doing great. She is now working on getting her driving license back. She has been cleared to travel and we are planning a family trip next month.
Just message me if you have any questions regarding my mom's experience. I find that the online seminars offered by BAF helps too. It is good to be equpped with information regarding the situation.

Just read this note. Thanks for the message. I find that my mom keeps asking about what had happend to her. It seems with my mom talking about the tragedy helps her too. I am thankful to God we got a second chance with mom!

Hi Ron,
Mom is doing great and just recently, her doctor has cleared her for travel. She has a permanent damage to her left eye but is coping well. Her memory and mobile activity wasn't affected (which is what we feared the most). We encourage her to do more exercise. Her goal right now is to get her driver's license back as it was suspended because of what happend. We are so grateful to get a second chance in life with my mom!
