has anyone had a clipping for a multilobular aneurysm? what is success rate? how long did it take to recover? any post surgery side effects? recurrence of aneurysm?

Yes, I experienced a multi obulated anuerysm with a successful clipping. This was in 1998 and so far, so good. Post surgical side effects varies from person to person., in my case I had lots of doubled vision but that cleared up after about 5 months....recurrence of a clipped aneurysm is very, very rare., and is considered to be the Gold Standard in repair methods. what did the doc explain about multi-lobular? I ask, because I have only some familiarity with aneurysm in arteries...not in the lobes... Hope you will share more with us...from info from your doctor(s)...
