I am so sorry to hear that you experienced a subarachnoid hemorrhage while on vacation. This is just awful. I understand that you have been undergoing rehab and recovering. I think it is wonderful that you are hoping to return to golfing in the near future. This is a great goal to work towards.
How have you found your recovery process overall? I wonder what kind/s of rehab therapist/s you have been working with.
