There are a limited number of spaces available, we want a repesentative from as many different states as possible, and we have a block of rooms booked at a local Holiday Inn.
We would ask people to arrive on May 7 for a cocktail reception to go over the specifics for May 8. But basically, we will go in groups of 3 to 4 to meet with various Congressmen/staffers and make our plea for the need for brain aneurysm awareness and early detection. We will have a packet for each of you to leave with the Congressperson you meet with. People would be free to travel home by late afternoon.
