Funny t-shirts since we all need a laugh

Apologies, but funny t-shirts are my thing (I know, a GenX thing!).

This was the best I found quickly from the patient perspective:

This one makes me laugh as well though!

Thanks for the great way to start the day!

:joy: I must buy the one that says that I will stick to the fridge :joy:

This is hilarious

We definitely need a good belly laugh each and every one of us.

@oct20, we may be twins!

I have been trying to find a funny t-shirt to honor my neuroradiologist’s contributions (I already have one for neurosurg), but since they are not as well known I haven’t had much luck. This may be my shirt though, as the closest I can get, but I have some time before I see him again.

Keep on laughing!

I like this one too https://www.etsy.com/listing/1752076219/my-brain-is-experiencing-technical. And of course I tried to find one for a neuroradiologistšŸ˜‚.

@Moltroub that is a good one too

How was your MRA yesterday? I hope it went smoothly and that you got a good report.

Haven’t received the report yet, hopefully Sergey will get it and sign off to be released in my portal which is how they do it now. But oh my gosh! We left early, got behind a dump truck carrying new PVC fencing materials it looked like and he was going crazy slow because the long pieces weren’t tied in. All I can say is it was a good thing a semi didn’t pass him the way he loaded it. Parked at the hospice and got an unidentified caller but against my norm, answered simply based on the area code. She called me by my first name which I never, ever use (thank you Grandma!) corrected herself calling me by my middle name and asked if I knew how to get to where I was headed. I said I thought so since we were parking the car. Didn’t have to sue the kiosk, same lady checked me in! The tech was standing outside when she finished and BH timed it from the point we walked towards the imaging unit to when we came back was a total of 34 minutes! 34 minutes! For all 3 plus the walking and getting stuff in the bag. I’m simply astounded at the speed of the MR machines now. In the past to get all three was around 90 minutes but we would be at the outpatient imaging center for several hours, it being the big hospital and all. Can you believe it? 34 minutes!!!

That was quick! Please tell us what the report says. I will have my MRI next fall and if that looks good it will be three years to the following one.

I LOVE tee shirts with funny sayings, I have SO many! My husband is always amazed how many times people will say ā€œLove your shirt!ā€ , followed by ā€œWhere did you get it? I choose my tee for the day by how I’m feeling. I’m hard pressed to find an ā€œadultā€ looking tee shirt if I’m attempting to look appropriately ā€œadulty.ā€ My tees are funny sayings, favorite cartoons, or a Subaru logo. I am Gen X, had no idea was a thing of our generation. One of my favorite places to by tees is Favorites because they are 100% cotton. The shipping is stupidly high but the shirts are comfortable and last for years!

Ha! I agree about the adult v. non-adult look.: I sSltruggle with that all the time, since in my heart I prefer not to have the adult look.

I do not specifically know it is a Gen X thing (with evidence, facts), just anecdotally you don’t see it as much after fashion stopped favoring us. I didn’t know about favorites, but I will be sure to check it out. Thanks for sharing!!

They have some really good ones, thanks for the link! I’m a few years older than when Gen X starts not much, just a few…

Sorry, I just saw another one that made me chuckle, particularly with all the neuroanatomy lessons we have been having!

Look what I found on Etsy: https://www.etsy.com/listing/4332721262/whatchu-talkin-bout-willis-comfort?ref=share_v4_lx

Just a heads up the cultural reference is to US tv in the 70s…

Hope it brings a smile to you, too!
