yes!! rherapy told me never have head lower than your heart, well one day i lied on bed and looked under bed for something and woosh a flood of painful pressure and panicked recalling her words!! Scared me bad!! tc

Headaches while bending indicate low pressure in the head. You can get a lumbar puncture to find out if you have low pressure, which pulls on the brain. It could also indicate a CSF Leak.
