Sleep is hard for me also. When I was released from hospital all I did was sleep for first 5-6 months now I can’t sleep at night. My brain is mixed up and does not want to rest. I am seeing a counselor for depression and rebuilding my life and the sleep is something we are working on. How is he doing now with sleep?

Shorty, He's wanting to sleep during the day but having trouble at night. I can't seem to keep him awake during the day. I'm not sure if it's depression or just his brain still healing. It's so frustrating because it's totally the opposite of the man he used to be. He's on an anti-depressant but I think he might need counseling to help him deal with this new normal. He still finds it hard to believe that this has happened to him :( It's been 16 months...praying for him to recover.
