How was the aneurysm treated?
3 annies of left ICA …each annie about 5-6 mm…January 2012 had larger one coiled…May 8, 2012 had pipeline stent to cover the other two…all went well…just symptoms of neck and upper back pain which I believe is due to being on my back for so long in the hospital after the procedure…now I think I may be having issues with the Plavix and asp…sore stomach…feels like my intestines are enflamed?? …im sure things will get better…its only been 10 days…overall great results

Oh Marilyn...You are very early in the healing journey. It takes a time and rest for the brain and body to heal. Speak to the Doctor's about your stomach issues/Plavix...Keep taking care of YOU along this journey...I am a Survivor ~ Colleen

Since the stent was placed I had two minor strokes back in November… Pipeline stenosis … Ugh… Nothing they could do bit to up my meds… Plavix, Lipitor, and 325 aspirin…ok since then just when I get overly stressed my right side goes numb and tingly …last MRI showed looked ok…all of this happened as my Husband was diagnosed with 3 deadly brain tumors…GBM… He was 52…he passed away on June 1, 2014… We had the same Neuro team operate on us at Tufts Medical Center in Boston… I miss my husband so much that I haven’t really thought twice about me lately…healing from loosing him has been a priority… Thanks for letting me vent…keep putting one foot in front of the other… I keep hearing my husband telling me to get up and keep moving … So I will …xxoo

Oh Marilyn...I am so sorry...this is so sad...but I like that you are doing exactly what he would want...with "one foot in front of the other...~ sending some positive vibes out to you ~ Colleen

Marilyn, I am so very sorry. It seems that when it rains it pours. The sun will shine again. You just have to believe it will.
Have you asked your pcp for some Prilosec for your stomach issues? That is what
mine prescribed. Unfortunately I had to change to Zantac , not as good but workable.
