I am so sorry to hear that your ruptured brain aneurysm led to two weeks in intensive care. I cannot begin to imagine how physically, emotionally, and mentally demanding this must have been on your body.
How exciting that you are approaching your 40th birthday. I hope you have something special planned. You have been through more than enough, and it is certainly deserved.
