Hello BAFS - has anyone had brain parenchymal calcifications show up on their scans? A recent CT (no contrast) showed new punctate (small) calcifications on the same side as my aneurysm (which was stent/coiled two years ago and is occluded now). An MRI ruled out some concerns my medical center had but my PCP wants me to have a follow up w the neurosurgery practice who did my stent/coil and I Zoom with one of their PAs next Tuesday. Thought I’d check the group to see if this was an experience anyone shared. (I’ve had two months of horrid headaches and migraines which is why my PCP ordered the CT.) Thank you!
Two months of headaches and you’ve managed to be active here in the support group, you’re amazing! I don’t have any insight or experience with parenchymal calcifications, just wanted you to know I’m grateful for you.
