So happy to be able to find a support group here.
I was wondering if anyone here has a bleeding disorder also and if so how has that effected your aneurysm as far as treatment etc? I know the azygos part of my aneurysm is a bit rare , but i am hoping maybe someone else also has this anomaly who is willing to share their experience?

I’m thinking we have had a few members who have bleeding disorders and I hope they’re still around. Give them a few days since they may be in a different time zone in a different part of the world.
Curious as to what your doctors have said, if you don’t mind sharing. Our brains are simply amazing in what they can do, my arteries are all tortuous. I’ve told my neurosurgeon it’s because I like to challenge her. She told me she loves a challenge.
Is your Neurosurgeon and Hematologist working together? Any other specialists on your medical team?

Normally I would tell you to stick within the last 3-5 years because medical technology especially with cerebral aneurysms has changed so much since I ruptured back in 2013. Of course you are very special and anything you find will be advantageous! It’s good to be special seems you like giving your doctors a challenge as well!
