Hi just a note to tell yas to not give up! Upon my relatives moving in to my house (in order to save it) My insurance said all benefits of Medicare would be discontinued due to me being honest about new income!! I appealed and during Court the judge said yes I could re structure the lease and have them pay mortgage/bills rather than giving me cash! I was shocked I had won by re-do and she said yes right away!! The tennents just had to write a letter saying no more cash pays! In effect I guess I was my own lawyer, witness and jury!! Amen So relieved as I am very disabled and get meals adelivered and caregivers and medical insurance !

Ron I am so happy to read you won your case and that you’ve shared it with us! Your diligence sure paid off and it’s a great reminder to fight for our rights. I love antique postcards, looking forward to seeing a town I know! It’s grown considerably since I moved to NC and the freeways are no longer two lanes🤣
