I want to thank everyone, including the moderators for your very kind words, compassion, support and guidance 💗 I’m happy to share that just a month after my surgery on 6/9/2025, I’m feeling much better and have very positive feedback from my Neurosurgeon! I have more energy and stamina, while still listening to my body when to rest or not push myself.

This is a wonderful support group and I’m grateful to have found it when I needed it! I’m in a good place and feel this group has provided what I needed, so I’m going to step away for now and continue living my life. I truly wish everyone here continued healing, comfort, peace and hope to return to the lives you want and deserve when the timing is right ❤️‍🩹
