Thank you! A US quality-controlled generic would make a huge difference. Last week, she raised the dose after an EEG showed lack of control. May have to be hospitalized for a 24-hr EEG to add a second drug. Ironic… I went hoping to get off it entirely. Huge help to know there might be a well-made generic!
My pleasure! I had my first EEG since I ruptured about three or four months ago. I argued with the new neurologist that I was never drowsy, nor sleeping during the EEG as it stated. He said the EEG showed I was and it didn’t matter because it was normal, I said of course it mattered, I was talking for the majority of the 45 minutes and no one has an answer to why I was seeing flashing lights. Because of your post, I realized I had started concentrating on my breathing when the pain from the lights become too much. ROFLOL, breathing can really control a lot.
Are your seizures called petit mal? I worked with a guy once who had seizures like yours and they were called petit mal.
