Tho ...it is not aneurysmal...theft of our credit cards/ATMs... could cause stress...
Late today, the media had a lot of data on security chips added to visa cards...for our privacy/protection...
I called my long-term credit union...they have taken my request for new visa cards w/the security chips...before their normal/usual replacement.
A year + ago...when media had tremendous coverage on security failures of visas...
I ordered one visa w/$500 limit...for various online orders/weekly usage...
NO, I would not have liked theft of any price level...however, that low limit would have kept stress low...
Now I know to watch for my replacement cards w/security chips in the mail...because we have also had mail theft...
For anyone w/a visa...check w/your provider for a replacement card w/a security chip...
