You don’t have to apologize. When you need to vent, just let it out. What you write will not scare me, I have been through Hell and back when my aneurysm exploded in my brain 
Most of us in this group have “been there done that “ . We listen and try to lift each other up and when everything has calmed down, we pay it forward, that’s the beauty of this forum.
