My neurosurgeon said to avoid high elevation?

I have a small unruptured brain aneurysm and was told to avoid high elevation. What is considered high elevation. I live in Calgary and the elevation here is 1080 meters. I am avoiding hikes with family in nearby Banff National Park because I'm too worried to go now. Could you please clarify "high".

I wasn’t allowed to fly for the first 5 years until they decided if mine was stable, but now I do fly. However my doctor said not to go too high in elevation, and at the time I didn’t ask “how high is high?” I am new to this … joined last night how do I “ask the Doctor?”. Thanks for replying Jim and for your help. Still trying to understand how this works?
