Thank you for bringing this up... his draft/graph of the a / b /cs...are helpful in understanding the "dome"...measurement...
The one thing that had confused me way back / when...was the initial note by the angio-provider notes "6 mm" ... then his official diagnostic record... L supraclinoid: 5mm X 7mm ...neck 3-4mm...
However, the '6' would not track w/Dr. Patel's image of the "dome"...
Now...(tripping on my words)...the width of mine was the 7mm and the "height" of it was the 5mm... based on its positioning from the neck... (at least I can remember Dr. Eric Nussbaum's book... and I pictured mine as a "rambler" vs 2-story house - based on the angio image...direction)..This jogs my confusion...in the "sizing" of aneurysms...
the small, medium, large/ giant.. and, those are likely/presumably geared to the usual basic saccular shape... so how are the aneurysms outside the 'sac' shape .. 'sized'?
