Called by neurosurgery, what a way to start today

Welcome @SHoltz! First remember just because the MRA shows an aneurysm, doesn’t mean a procedure is required. Aneurysms rarely show symptomatic prior to rupture except for the very few sentinel bleeds, we have some members that have experienced them.

From what you’ve written, it sounds to me that you’re long concern has been with the head pains, balance and falling issues which would be a great place to start. If nothing else, the neurosurgeon may know someone. The video conference may seem like a whirlwind, slow the Neurosurgeon down if need be, they are accustomed to it. The Neurosurgeon may want to do an angiogram to see what’s going on. So some questions on what that will entail for you as a patient, over night stay, few hours, etc

We’ve had a lot of members who have had incidental finds and I hope they have a lot better suggestions!
