5 year post-op, sensory sensitivities & insomnia still

Thanks for sharing. Please let me know how things go. I’m still trying new things but trying to keep it holistic. I know some days I have to take meds actually daily but I’m trying to be thoughtful about how I treat my body. Mindfulness. Take care. :v:t3::wave:

Hi Nina,

I have found that smoking medical marijuana has cured my insomnia. I smoke a tiny amount before bed and sleep through the night.Exercise is now helping as well. Maybe try some CBD products if you want to avoid weed. I have heard great stuff from people in pain and with sleep issues.

Hi!! I had a ruptured Annie 1 year ago that was coiled, and I continue to have some sensory issues such as noise sensitivity. Other issues I’m dealing with are balance, fatigue, and occasional insomnia. I don’t know if there’s any solutions, so I just continue practicing yoga, which does help with balance. Wishing you the best of luck dealing with these sensitivities.
