4mm Acom artery unruptured aneurysm - must make decision on treatment options

It was found June 2022, and as of my last MRI in March it has not changed.

Mine I between 3 and 4 mm so same as u just wat bing, scan in 5 months x

Now I’m questioning whether I got the wrong end of the stick :confused:. Will confirm after next appointment. I wasn’t aware that they could go through wrist, thank you! I will send update as soon as I have one. I’m so grateful for this forum. It’s really comforting and helpful to speak with people who understand. The BAF had this forum long before I came. The members have been brilliantly supportive and all credit is due to them! My Neurosurgeon told me they don’t know why aneurysms form when I asked shortly after I ruptured. There’s a ton of theories and people go with the one they like best I guess. I like the head injury theory since I’ve had a good number of concussions, etc over my lifespan. I think they started when I was 13 months old🤣. We have several members who have a familial connection and my Neurosurgeon is doing genetic research with some other doctors at different med schools on that theory.
