Comment by Colleen on February 9, 2013 at 7:09pm Hi and this is a good question...after my coiling I waited to have my hair cut and/or dyed for 6 months...it seemed that my hair at thinned from everything and truthfully, I wasn't ready for anyone to touch my head until 6 months...it is now 2 years...and I have my hair cut and dyed regularly...and good to go...~ wish you luck...~ Colleen

Comment by Kory Lesnick on February 9, 2013 at 8:59am I have already had my surgery, actually 5 sugeries, and my neuro said I could color my hair 4 weeks after my last surgery. :) I was the happiest girl in the world!! As long as I went to someone that would be gentle around my scar. You should be fine but always check with your Dr. :)
Comment by Dawn on February 9, 2013 at 8:55am I have read a lot and have seen they've had a lot of good results on the pipeline, its still pretty new though
Comment by Dawn on February 9, 2013 at 8:53am I think they do the pipeline the same way the do the coiling. You should be fine to color your hair. . They go through the groin on both. I'm kind of new to all of this. You'll get better answers on the pipeline in the pipeline forum there's a lot on in in there.
