I'm wish I could hurry up and get this over with.....blah

I'm still waiting for the call for my surgery. We are waiting for a surgeon from New York to fly in to assist my doctor because I'm his first pipeline for brain aneurysms he's done. I've been starting to suffer from fatigue really bad and it seems to be getting worse all the time. I will do really good for an hour or so then all of a sudden I'm so drained I cant hardly keep my eyes open. I sleep all night too. My husband tells me I'm pale all the time, but I'm just hoping all this is something that will get better after the surgery, because I've had so many test and they've all looked good. Low, b-12 but I'm taking vitamins for that and I had a blocked artery that I've already had a stent placed . So I shouldn't feel like this......

Well I'm just venting right now. I know there are so many that have it much worse and I should be thankful, but I'm only 38 I shouldnt be so tired all the time! Lol

Hi Dawn,  I had my pipeline implant Jan.2012. I waited for nearly a year before it was done. The Ped had just been oked by the fda.  The wait was worrisome, the fear growing, the anxiety doubling. Like you, I needed to vent but no place to go! So I turned my venting towards my daughter. She was very understanding and helped me get through it. I'd be lost with out her. I am doing very well now and about to go off Plavix. You need to talk to your Doctor about your symptoms. Let me add that no question you have is  " dumb or stupid".      Marjorie

Wanting to get this "show on the road" is natural...and the waiting is so hard...Gotcha in my thoughts...also, I read what Carole wrote you and she makes a good point...~ keep us posted...and I am sending vibes that things happen sooner than later for you...~ Colleen

hi Dawn-was just wondering how you were-since your pcp dr is out maybe call the nueros, they will want to know of the fatigue & paleness, let us know how your doing. I'll keep you in my thoughts & prayers!

Hi Dawn,

I suggest talking to your primary care doctor about the fatigue. Something else may be going on besides the annie.

I've lived my whole adult life with annies. I don't recall any episode of fatigue that mirrors what you are describing but the bouts of fatirgue that I recall were all related to other issues and typically to recently added medications.

May you havea successful treatment and a complete and rapid recovery.

Thank you Liam, I actually did go to the doctor and get on antidepressants. It has helped a great deal with the anxiety, but my fatigue is just getting worse, I've made another appointment, but of course my doctor is going out of town for a week now lol . My own fault though I should have called a couple of weeks ago, but I'm a little stubborn sometimes.

Gday Dawn the waiting really sucks i can attest to that for sure - I had the fatigue and was prescribed a mild anti depressant which helped with that - might be an idea to bring it up with your doctor and seek some advice from him. Hopefully they can get you sorted out.
