First year follow up

Well now it's my turn to go for my 1st year follow up brain angiogram next week on the 20th. Haven't been really active on this site in awhile. Been a bad few months. Lost my younger brother very suddenly in Canada just before Christmas, my husband just got laid off last friday and I get to look forward (NOT) to the angio next week.........wow......Hopefully things will start to turn around.

Boy, that heat from the constrast when released is a really weird sensation??!! Nothing intolerable though guys!
BTW, the drugs were not so great either. :(
I was quite mentally intact, or so I thought? Thanks to all, for your support. As always, it means the world to me!

I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I also hope that your angio goes well this week. I am now 3 and 1/2 years after my SAH and I can relate to the dread that accompanies the yearly visit. Be strong! You were so strong during your recovery and I hope you can tap into that now. Each of us can only deal with the present and only with one thing at a time. So this week is your time to care for yourself and I wish you well.
