Aneurysms that rupture or bleed, are what causes aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, or aSAH. An aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage is most commonly a life changing stroke. This group focuses on the aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage, treatments, collateral illnesses, and rehabilitation practices of recovery. Hemorrhagic stroke, is an emergency, and treatment time is crucial. Mortality rates at initial rupture are estimated as high as 50/50. Complications of aSAH are exclusive to ruptured aneurysm when compared their unruptured counterparts. This in no way demeans the unruptured, only emphasizes the differences, as aSAH is a hemorrhagic stroke.
